Keysleeves is located in Sydney, Australia. All products are shipped from our Sydney Warehouse.

Keysleeves are designed to fit over the top of your existing key. There is no need to remove components of your key or make any changes to the electronics of the key.

Firstly, double-check that you’ve purchased the correct key cover for your key model. You can confirm this by reviewing the product description of the item you purchased, which includes a reference photo of the compatible key shape.

If you’ve confirmed that it’s the correct fit, keep in mind that our key sleeves are designed to be snug for a secure and seamless look. The material is highly malleable and becomes easier to work with when warmed slightly.

Tip: Place the sleeve under a hot water bottle or leave it in direct sunlight for around 5 minutes. This softens the material, making it easier to stretch, bend, and install over your key

Keysleeves Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

Keysleeves Gift Cards are digital products delivered by email.

Gift Cards do not have an expiry date and can be used at any time.

Gift Cards can be redeemed online at www.keysleeves.com.au only.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned, and cannot be refunded.

Gift Cards may be used for partial or full payment. Any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.

If the total order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Lost, stolen, deleted, or misused Gift Cards cannot be replaced or reissued.

Discount codes and promotions may not be valid on Gift Card purchases unless stated otherwise.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

Keysleeves is not responsible for Gift Cards sent to an incorrect or invalid email address provided at checkout.

Use of this Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

You can absolutely return your item to us within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging. Please review our Returns page for more info

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please get in contact with us at support@keysleeves.com.au Once confirmed, the correct item will be sent out to you along with a returns label to send the incorrect item back to us at no extra cost.

If you have ordered the wrong product or size or simply wish to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at support@keysleeves.com.au Once an item has been dispatched from our warehouse and has commenced shipping, it can unfortunately no longer be cancelled and will need to be processed as a return
