Incorrect or Incomplete Address

- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for a $7.99 reshipping fee.

Address Changes

- We will make every effort to update your address before dispatch.

- If the order has already been shipped, we will attempt to redirect it, but no guarantee can be made, as the parcel will be in the Australia Post network.

- If the parcel is returned to us, the reshipping fee applies.

Unreturned Parcels

- If the wrong address is provided and the parcel is not returned to us and cannot be located, Keysleeves is not liable for replacement or reimbursement.
